I wrote this mini-eBook as a collection of simple recipes to get you started eating healthy, but more importantly, DELICIOUS meals. Not everyone needs to eat a 100% Paleo diet (and if you're not sure what I'm bangin' on about talking about Paleo this, Paleo that...you're in luck - there's a solid explanation in this eBook AND a link to a video where I talk about it even more. Handy!) but the principles of the Paleo diet lend themselves to good, nourishing recipes that please most palettes.
