NUTRITION & WELLNESS FOR HEALTHIER, HAPPIER
teens & tweens
Gemma Clark BHSc, Clinical Nutritionist
Being a tween or teenager isn’t easy. With a body changing at a million miles a minute, pressures of school and a social life, there’s huge demand on the body to perform. In an age where many youngsters are taking advice from celebrities, models and social media influencers, I’m here to steer them in the right direction with individualised, holistic care.
I’ve been working with kids and teens for years, using science-backed nutrition and lifestyle strategies to help them thrive through one of the biggest transitional stages of their lives. And guess what? It can be really simple, and even fun!
With my signature "real talk" style, I work directly with tweens and teens to speak their language and put the power in their hands to create sustainable lifestyles that support their bodies, minds and spirits. As a parent, it’s natural to want to be able to help your child, but parents aren’t magicians and it’s okay not to have all the answers when it comes to your child’s health and wellness. With a holistic referral network of doctors, skincare specialists, counsellors, naturopaths and more, your child’s wellbeing and confidence is my priority.
Please note, I am on maternity leave in 2021 and not taking on clinical clients. I am still taking bookings for speaking and workshops occurring from July 2021.

Our teens and tweens are tomorrow's leaders, innovators and game changers. In a world where it's so easy for teenagers to be vulnerable, uncertain and self conscious, it's such a privilege to empower them to be confident in their own skin and take charge of their own identities, health and lifestyles. For every teen we teach to love, nourish and respect themselves and each other, we're gradually shaping the future, and that's frickin' awesome.
