Turmeric Latte
Brrr it's chilly! This is a cuddle in a mug. If you have a milk frother, fab - just bung all the ingredients in a jug once blitzed and froth. If you don't, you can heat & whisk on the stove, it just won't be as creamy.
Ingredients:
- :)1 cup of almond milk (or coconut/regular/rice/oat/leprechaun milk!)
- a knuckle of peeled ginger (a fingertip size) or 1/4tsp ground ginger
- 1/2 tsp cinnamon
- 1/2 tsp ground turmeric
- pinch ground cloves
- 1/4 tsp vanilla extract or powder
- stevia or maple syrup to taste
Method:
- Blitz in a blender (or use ground ginger and use a protein shaker bottle)
- Froth/heat/do your thing and sip on the couch in your comfiest daggy outfit
- Swap out the cinnamon for cacao if you're feelin' "feminine" at that time of the month
