Feel like being fancy? Rim dessert glasses with deliciousness! Simply melt some coconut oil, stir in some honey (the thick, uber sticky kind) and have it in a bowl bigger than your glass' rim. Tip your glass or bowl upside down and dip into the liquid, then dip it into a finely ground dry mix. Here I used blitzed goji berries & cacao nibs, but you could also use ground nuts, ground banana chips, coconut, blitzed freeze dried berries or banana or granulated stevia. Then pop into the fridge to set before filling with yum stuff, like this choccy avocado mousse.
